Basic Information & Policies for All Sessions
Every photographer crafts their own style over time, much like any artist does. What you see on our website and social media is my style and what you can expect. If you prefer a different style, I would recommend seeking a photographer that matches your taste, but I’m figuring if you’ve gotten this far, you like the images you’ve come to expect from Victoria DeMore Photography. With ALL of our sessions, we are what you call a "shoot-and-share" photographer. This means, the price we quote you is what you pay for the session and the digital images. We do choose the digital images provided to you resulting from the session. What you will have are the best images from the session with anything not meeting our standards, any duplicates, blinks, blurs, etc removed. Those best images are edited per our style and delivered via a private online gallery to you within about 4 weeks. You will be able to download them directly from the gallery, save and back them up to your computer, and print them wherever you like. We provide you high-resolution images released to print however you like. Fine art quality products are available for a la carte purchase through us if you choose, or print through your favorite lab or go with our recommendation in your gallery email. We make it friendly & easy!
Travel fees apply outside a 50 mile drive of our Longwood, FL home office. Your quote will include this prior to booking.
We require a 25% retainer and signed contract at the time of booking, which will hold your shoot date and time. The remainder is due by the time of your session.
Some discounts available. These are only available on regular sessions, they do not apply to any special or holiday promotions.
Book any Equine Portraiture Session with any Horse & Rider Session (Full or Mini) and enjoy 25% off your Equine Portraiture Session if done the same visit.
If we have 3 or more Equine Portraiture sessions in one visit, each session is 10% off (if not already discounted).

Booking Your Session
We book Horse & Rider sessions during golden hours - the hour just after sunrise or the hour just before sunset. Equine Portraiture sessions are done in a barn aisle while we have daylight. Summers in Florida can be brutal; we restrict times we offer shoots to the mornings to avoid afternoon and evening storms and limiting the need to reschedule. The rest of the year we open up to include afternoons and evenings.
Shoots are often booked a month or more in advance - we encourage you to reach out ASAP especially for popular times of year like the Fall.
