Over the past year or two, more and more people are catching on to the beauty that is the black background photo. A gorgeous representation of your horse, no distractions, clean, flawless, your unicorn. We don't aim for uniformity, we aim to capture the nuances of your horse's personality as well as to capture what you see when you look at your equine partner.

Ocala Farm Highlight | Kimberden | Victoria DeMore Photography | Central Florida Equine Photographer

When I mentioned on social media that it's been a while since I've been good about keeping up the blog, I wasn't kidding. So I felt the need to go back a bit to a gorgeous farm in Ocala I visited at the end of last year. I had a blast spending two hours roaming through and capturing the details and highlights of the expansive, exquisite Kimberden. 

I had been out to Kimberden before for private shoots, but got to explore the property more. What isn't there to love? The barns are immaculate. The rings are huge and well maintained with beautiful scenery. Large turnout. Impeccably landscaped. There's an adorable pond where I could imagine how nice it must be to relax in one of the red chairs after a great ride. Kim and her team keep up an amazing farm with horses to match.

Just check out their office with just a small selection of their many awards, pictures and paintings of great horses and amazing riders who have come through Kimberden. It's an easy place to get lost in and fall in love with. Thanks for having me out!

Orlando Equine Shoot | Sidney | Victoria DeMore Photography | Central Florida Family & Equine Photographer

Time sure does fly! To think it was only two years ago we were shooting Sidney's senior photo. She's back with more equine friends for a gorgeous summer evening shoot. We met Sidney through the horse shows we shoot and even for her senior photos she opted for the classic equestrian wardrobe. Imagine our surprise when she changes for our recent shoot and comes out in this amazingly gorgeous blue and white floral gown! Let's not forget the flower crown to complete the ensemble. Sidney looked absolutely beautiful and her three fabulous horses just made her all the more radiant. 

Huge thanks to Sidney's family for helping arrange this photo shoot and the stunning dress - and to Over the Hill Farm for allowing us to photograph Sidney in the splendor around the property and for helping get all the horses ready and looking immaculate!
